The whole centre, from enrolment to report.

We install what you actually use. A centre that runs no holiday courses gets no holiday-course screen. Modules marked “option” are added to your pack when you need them.

• Scheduling and rooms

  Slots by room and time, assigned instructor, seats left, room layout. Copy one week onto the next, several seasons side by side.

• Attendance

  Roll call per slot — including by the instructor on their phone, even offline —, lateness, absences reported by parents, history per child.

• Payments and cash flow

  What each family owes, child by child; takings, PDF receipts, payment links, reminders, expenses, bank statement import, accounting exports.

• Enrolment and contracts

  Forms embedded in your website (WordPress, Wix…), contracts signed online with the centre's stamp and signature, yearly re-enrolment, arrivals and departures.

• Parent space

  On the web and in the mobile app: schedule, attendance, receipts, contracts, requests to the centre, session feedback. The second parent is invited with their own access. Password-free login, notifications, in the family's language.

• Instructor space

  Their week, their pupils, roll call, session feedback, photo directory; with the AI option, feedback dictated by voice, exercise sheets and homework correction.

• Mobile app

  One Android app in the centre's colours for parents, children and instructors: fingerprint or face lock, notifications, class reminders, roll call and the child's adventure even offline.

• Session feedback and reports

  Feedback per pupil after each session, a summary for the parent reviewed by management and translated into their language, a monthly learning report per subject as a PDF.

• Messaging

  Emails to families, reusable templates, history per family, date of the last exchange, parents who never logged in, reminders.

• Official WhatsApp — option

  The centre's WhatsApp Business number connected to the tool: automatic messages, reminders, conversation history, cost report and monthly budget.

• Holiday camp and back-to-school — options

  School holidays by period, groups and daily roll call; a pre-term programme by subject, paid once, with its own receipts.

• Child space: the Adventure — option

  Every subject becomes a kingdom to conquer. Quizzes and exercises at the child's level, chosen from their teachers' feedback; mini-games, brain training, duels, a companion to grow, leaderboard.

• Photos of the day — from the Complete plan

  The day's photos shared with parents, with a suggested caption, respecting each family's photo consent.

• Recruitment and prospects — options

  Instructor applications analysed and tracked; interested families followed up until they enrol.

• Management

  Dashboard, analytics, data consistency checks, log of actions and logins, recycle bin, custom roles, Microsoft 365 sign-in for the team.
