What is My AfterSchool?
My AfterSchool is management software for after-school learning centres. It brings room scheduling, attendance, payments, a parent app and an instructor app together in one tool. It is developed by YH Consulting.
Who is it for?
After-school tutoring centres, including those that also run holiday camps, a leisure centre or a back-to-school programme — from a single site to a network of several sites.
What does it cover?
Scheduling and rooms, attendance, payments (PDF receipts, payment links, reminders, bank import, accounting exports), enrolment and contracts signed online, parent space, instructor space, instructor pay, session feedback and learning reports, messaging, management; optional: Official WhatsApp, holiday camp, back to school, child space, photos of the day, AI assistant, applications and prospects.
Does the software calculate instructor pay?
Yes. Each instructor has their own pay mode: hourly rate, flat rate per session or monthly salary. At the end of the month, the tool counts the scheduled sessions, credits replacements, deducts absences and closure days, then gives each person's amount. An Excel export for the accountant includes the summary and the session-by-session detail.
How much does My AfterSchool cost?
Pricing is quote-based. It depends on the modules you choose and the number of students, and unused modules are never billed. Quotes are requested on the Pricing page and answered within 24 hours.
Is my centre's data kept separate from other centres?
Yes. Each centre runs on its own instance, with its own application server and its own database. A full export of your data is handed over on request.
Can we import our existing spreadsheets?
Yes. Existing spreadsheets are imported: families, children and payment history. You do not start from scratch.
Is there an app for parents?
Yes: a mobile app (Android) and a web space where parents see the schedule, attendance, receipts, contracts, session feedback and, optionally, activity photos. Login needs no password, and the space is available in French, Arabic, English and Spanish. The same app opens the child space and instructor mode.
Which languages is the tool available in?
French, Arabic, English and Spanish — the team's tool, the instructor space and the parent space. Everyone picks their language; feedback sent to parents is translated into theirs.
Can we run the centre from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. A secure MCP connector with OAuth authorisation links your instance to Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot: find a family, today's schedule, attendance, payments. Every write action is shown before it is confirmed. It is enabled at the centre's request.
Does the tool carry our centre's name?
Yes. Each centre gets its own address (yourcentre.myafterschool.ma) and the tool shows its name, logo and colours. A custom domain is also possible.
Can you build a feature we need?
Yes. A module that is not on the list can be developed for your centre, on a quote basis — the back-to-school programme started that way.
